This week Baby, the beloved ‘89 Honda Accord, hit the 200,000 mile mark. Being the person that I am, I stopped and took a picture.

Sadly, Baby won’t accompany me on my adventures to DC. It’s time for the little car to slow down and go into semi-retirement. Once I leave, Dad’s going to use her for driving to work. Hard to believe, but my 17-year-old car still gets about 30 miles per a gallon, which is infinitely better than Ol’ Bessie, the fam van. Hopefully, Baby has at least another 100,000 miles in her. We’re just waiting to for her to get to antique car status.
