for one, i really honestly thought you had seen the video loop before i started acting retarded.

and two, i forgot about the pancake breakfast for the umpteenth time until casey called me on saturday evening asking what time i thought we were supposed to be there. as i had already left my house not to return until sunday evening, i promptly returned home and retrieved my griddle.

Good point Jeremy. Had we not all awkwardly mentioned our mistakes, I doubt anyone would have realized it.

When technology is used, there's always going to be a glitch. When you add in human error using technology (especially my human error), the odds are even worse.

Perhaps we need to check the decibel levels during sound check.

Heh. Oh well. In the grand scheme of things, the big deal isn't all about everything going perfect. As a techy whose job it is to be obsessed with tech stuff going off without a hitch, I can say that the best part about a good church is never a seamless production (though its impressive), but a gathering of people who really care about God and one another.

Great friends, a great Word, and great food. As for the rest, we'll know how to fix it next time. 'Nuf said.

Adam, when are you going to learn that I'm never wrong? Life gets much easier when you realize that. :)

Hey...Ya, so sorry for the tomfoolery when you said it was to loud yesterday. Quite honestly from the stage it sounded normal. I don't know how it was so loud out there and not on stage, but I kid you not it was. We couldn't even tell when we were doing actual worship. Next time I'll heed your words more wisely. Soon, I'm sure, a disaster recover plan is coming, what do do at embrace when it all well, hits the fan.
